Follow these steps to cancel upcoming installments:

1. Go to the member's invoice page.

2. Click on "Payment Request".

3. Then select "Cancel upcoming installments" from the submenu.

What happens when I cancel the installments?

Canceling the installments does not mean the invoice is credited or canceled. The invoice still needs to be paid. However, canceling gives the member the option to select a new payment method.
