How can I deactivate a member?
Below are the steps to make a member inactive in ClubBase:
Step 1: Go to the member's profile page
Search for the relevant member and open their profile page.
Step 2: Cancel the subscription
- Click on the 'Subscriptions' tab.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel and click 'Edit'.
- Select a cancellation reason and enter the cancellation date.
- Then click 'Save'.
Note!:
A member becomes inactive once all subscriptions have been canceled.
What should I do if a member has an outstanding invoice?
If the member has received an invoice that has not yet been paid, the invoice must first be credited in ClubCollect before the member can be deactivated.
What if a member cancels before a subscription is created?
When a member cancels before a subscription has been created, only the support department of ClubBase can set the member to inactive.
The member’s details will remain stored and can be found by filtering for all inactive members.
