How can I remove a user from my ClubCollect environment?

You can remove a user who has access to your ClubCollect environment by sending an email to support@clubcollect.com. We will ensure that access is blocked.

From which email address should the email be sent?

The email must be sent from the address you use to log in to ClubCollect.

Will the user receive a notification about their removal?

Yes, the user who is being removed will receive a notification from us regarding this removal.

What happens after the email is sent?
