How do I grant an additional board member access to my organization's ClubCollect environment?
You can grant access to an additional board member by clicking on “Settings” in the top right corner of your ClubCollect environment and then going to “System Users.” After that, click on "Create System User."
What should I do on the Create System User page?
On this page, you can create an account for the other board member.
How can the board member log in?
The board member can then go to the ClubCollect login page and select “Forgot Password” using the provided email address. A link will be sent to them to create a new password.
