Personal data and GDPR

All our processes are fully GDPR-compliant. In short, we use details of organisations and members to provide our services. By doing this, we assume that the organisation complies with all privacy regulations and has their members' permission to share data with us. Therefore, members that do not agree will not be able to use our services and will not be able to receive or pay invoices through ClubCollect.

Requesting private data

In case members want to see what data we have of them or would like to see the data removed, they can request this. Naturally, we will process the request according to regulations.

Processing agreement

We do not have our own separate processing agreement with members. In our Terms and Conditions, we direct to our Privacy Statement. By signing the Terms and Conditions, a processing agreement is already signed.
