Protect your account with two-step verification

By setting up two-factor authentication, you add an extra layer of security to your ClubCollect login account.

We highly recommend this as it helps to provide extra protection for your members' data. It is easy to set up and use.

There are many two-factor authentication apps that you can choose from. We have selected a few well known and trusted ones for you:

Apple (iOS / iPadOS):
Authy
Google Authenticator
Microsoft Authenticator

Google (Android):
Authy
Google Authenticator

You then use this code when you log in to ClubCollect. Two-factor authentication can be activated from "Settings"> "Two-factor authentication" at the top right. The authentication is valid for 30 days. When you log in to ClubCollect 30 days after your last authentication, you will be asked to supply the code from your two-factor authentication app again.
