There will be somebody else checking the tickets at the event, do I need to share my ClubCollect credentials with this person?
We recommend that you create a new system user with access restricted to only Forms for every person who is going to check-in tickets. Users with “Forms only” access can only see data related to Forms. These users won’t have access to your organisation’s financials or to the payment requests invoices (in case you’re in a Standard / Plus plan).
For creating a new user, click on the “Settings” menu in the top right corner in the ClubCollect system. Then click on “System users” in the menu. When you are in the “System users” page, click on the button in the top left corner to create a new user. After giving the email and password for the new user, make sure to choose “Forms only” in the “Access rights” menu.
