What happens if a member pays in installments and one of the payments is charged back?
If a member is paying in installments and an amount is charged back, our system will automatically take the charged back amount and split it evenly across the remaining installments, which will increase the value of each individual installment.
What if the last or only installment of the invoice was charged back?
If the last or only installment of the invoice is charged back, the system will automatically send a message to the member. This message allows the member to log in and select a new payment method, enabling them to pay the charged back amount through a different method.
What if the charged back installment has already been paid out to the organization?
If the installment that has been charged back has already been paid out to the organization, ClubCollect will need to charge it back to the organization.
