When will my payment requests be sent by ClubCollect?

ClubCollect will send your payment requests as quickly as possible. However, for larger batches, there may be a slight delay before all payment requests are sent. This is to prevent email providers from marking our messages as spam.

To ensure that payment requests are noticed by recipients, emails will only be sent between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. If you transmit a batch after 9:00 PM, the emails will be sent the following morning.
