Assign plan to a member
Assign a plan to an individual member
On the member’s personal page, click on ‘Plans’ and head over to ‘Add a plan’. Here, you can fill in the empty fields.
If a member receives an active plan, a draft invoice will automatically be created under the tab Financial > Invoices > Uninvoiced.
Assign a plan to multiple members
Filter your specific group of members in the active members screen, then select the members you want to assign the plan to. Then assign a plan to this group by clicking the button Assign Plans. In the next screen, you can select a plan and (if needed) add an end date.
At the bottom of the page, you will see a complete overview of the members you are about to assign the plan to.
