Send an email to members

To send emails from the Member Administration, navigate to the Members tab, where you’ll find a list of members with registered email addresses. From this list, select the members you wish to email. Then, click Compose Free Form Email to create your message.

Once you send the email via ClubCollect, our system will automatically begin sending it to the selected recipients.

ClubCollect ensures privacy by automatically using Bcc (blind carbon copy) for all recipients. Additionally, the system will inform you of the total number of recipients receiving the email.
