Send an email to members

To send emails from ClubBase, you can find a list with your members that have email addresses registered in the ‘Members’ tab. In here, you can select members you wish to email. Click ‘Compose Email’ to create your email.

Once you send the email in ClubBase, our system will start sending out emails to the selected recipients.

ClubBase will automatically ‘Bcc’ all recipients, making sure that the privacy of your members can be assured. In addition ClubBase tells you the number of people you are sending this mail to.
