The organization independently generates your invoice in our system based on their own data.

Can ClubCollect make changes to the invoiced amount?

No, we at ClubCollect cannot make statements or adjustments to the invoiced amount. Only your organization can make changes to the invoice.

How can I contact my organization about the invoice?

You can contact your organization directly by sending a message from the invoice. At the bottom of the invoice, you will find the section “Ask a question.” Here, you can reach out to them directly.

How will my message be delivered to the organization?

The message will be delivered directly to the organization, so they are immediately informed of your question.
