  • Through ClubCollect, a button on your website, or our web app, members can log into their own environment. Through various methods, the member can directly access their own environment.
  • When receiving a payment request or direct debit announcement, they can log directly into the member portal. During payment collection, the member receives a message that takes them directly to their personal environment.
  • The member's name. The member can provide a name change.
  • The member's email address(es). Here, the member can change one or more email addresses if different ones are used for communication and billing.
  • The member's phone number. If a member has a new phone number, it can be changed here.
  • The member's address. In case of a move, this can be easily updated.
  • If known, the member's IBAN number. If the membership fee is paid via direct debit, a different IBAN number can also be provided.
  • The digital membership card is branded with the club's logo. The member immediately sees that they are part of the club.
  • Each card has a unique QR code linked to the member. You can use this QR code in various ways to ensure locations or events are only accessible to members.
  • All invoices, both membership fees and invoices after payment for activities, are displayed. The member can download a PDF of the required invoice if desired.

  • The upcoming activities are listed in the overview with key information. The member can see the date, time, location, and name of the activity.
  • The member can sign up for the activity, and a confirmation will be sent. The registration is also saved in the member area, so the member can find it later.
